I can't vote twice, but I'm going with a combination of "Left Behind" and "1984." More government control, peeping in on our private lives, and citizens turning on each other, combined with government crackdown efforts against anyone who disagrees with their edicts. Censorship of opposing viewpoints and continued anxiety and tension.

1984 was a fantastic read but it will never happen. Anyone who owns a computer, cell phone, smart tv, Alexa have always been tracked and not by government. And citizens have already turned on each other these last 4 years.

It is over with here in the USA, but the people of the UK are still keeping hope alive.

That is a really good observation. Left Behind, which is based on the Revelation (the last book of the Bible) and 1984 actually fit together very nicely. If I could vote twice, I would probably vote for that combination as well.

Democracy is on the rise since the lying universe of Republicans is being shut down.

I voted "Other". It is my belief that deep down, those of us whose ancestors came here at a time when those that arrived to our country came with sleeves rolled up and hands ready to build a country, not came here to live off the taxpayers and/or change the fiber of our country, will prevail and preserve our freedom and liberty.

More and more people are starting to stand up for their rights, as they become educated and knowledgeable as to what is going on. Yeah, not so much in the Democratically controlled cities and states, but the rest of the country is getting "it" now.

It will be the first year of four holding Biden/Harris down where they belong and keep them as powerless as possible. After their term is up, the Democrats will be done for quite a long while, and the agenda will be on hold, hopefully until I am not longer a part of it, like 30 years!

I do suggest that everyone keep in mind that this won't be last attempt at a coup, and this one has failed despite what some may think. Get your immune systems in order, and prepare for the next virus that is released. Dig your heels in and demand your rights and freedoms! All is not lost.

Yes, I live the "Pollyanna Principle" and it has served me well for decades.

To some people.

But we knew that.

BTW, that poll seems to have a required-reading-and-viewing list. I'll get back to you when I've read/viewed them all. Don't hold your breath.

It’s considered stealing if you are a wannabe dictator that desires to hold on to power and has never admitted defeat....even after being defeated.

The Trump administration and all the craziness that surrounds it was the most dystopian thing that this country has seen. Hopefully that craziness won’t pop it’s ugly head again in the coming years.
