Rape & Stalking Allegations Against Scientology Actor Must Taken To A Scientology Panel (crimes, parties)

A couple of Scientology woman made allegations against actor and Scientologist Danny Materson for multiple rapes around 2002.-03. The women wanted to sue Materson and the church of Scientology for the rapes and stalking. Apparently in the paperwork these women signed there is a clause that says disputes must go to a Scientologist abritration or panel since both parties pre agreed to mediation in previously signed paperwork.

Yes, unfortunately that’s what they agreed to. Of course this is just the civil case, the criminal case fortunately won’t be decided by those under the influence of L Ron Hubbard and David Miscavige.

Rape is a crime, and a serious one.

Since when can crimes like that be taken away from city and state law enforcement and judicial systems and handed over to company arbitration?
