Its impossible to win an election lawsuit now, or even have them heard, because courts are reluctant to interfere with election results after the controversy of Bush-Gore. No judge wants to be known for altering the result of an election, whether its warranted or not. Whereas lawsuits just before an election, are more likely to succeed.

Thankfully, they're also reluctant to hear cases based on nothing but hearsay, baseless allegation, innuendo, and what would kindly be known as sour grapes or unkindly as BS.
