Trump is the one committing electoral fraud. He's even been recorded committing a felony to overthrow a lawful election. Prosecute him and all of his fellow seditionists.

Treason - The betrayal of allegiance toward one's own country, especially by committing hostile acts against it or aiding its enemies in committing such acts.

In attempting to subvert the Constitution, this is precisely what he is guilty of.
