I honestly think it is insulting to third-world countries to call Los Angeles a third-world country.
Sure, 10% of it has the most luxurious mansions that have ever been construction but any one who has been there recently knows that 80% of Los Angeles is extremely filthy and was a contagion of many terrlbe viruses long before COVID-19.
Many of the hospitals are so old and outdated that the oxygen systems don't even work correctly.
Thank god for the army corps of engineers that were ready because of President Trump's strong and bold leadership
