The concept that the president is above the law needs to end.
It's allowing the current occupant to behave in a manner in which he thinks he can do whatever he wants and there will be no consequences (which is probably correct).
Starting with President Biden, it's time to rescind that memo and state clearly that the president is NOT above the law, and that if he commits crimes he can be prosecuted, even while in office.
I'm 100% behind that. Looking at criminal indictments by presidential administration over the last few decades though, the GOP would do everything in its power to prevent that from happening, though.
We need a complete investigation of all the republicans in government. They all have been compliciant in the criminal Trump regime and no doubt all guilty of a crime or crimes. We just have to find out what they are guilty of.

I don't believe that will happen because it would be politically toxic. I think proscriptive policy changes for the present and future will be the best Biden will be able to do.

Quite possibly one of the most toxic and insane comments.

No....this is a return to McCarthyism. If there is evidence that an individual member of Congress has committed a crime then by all means, it should be investigated. I don't want to live in a country - and you should not want to live in a country - where your political party alone means you are subject to additional scrutiny. Not to mention such an approach has no basis in law.
The very last person on Earth who would think this is a good idea is Joe Biden.
Yup... he should probably keep that card up his sleeve.
