That's the ad. Its a lie. The only reason those stimulus checks haven't already been passed is Nancy Pelosi.

Don't be ridiculous. The House passed a clean bill for $2000 stimulus checks (additional $1400). McConnell refused to put it up for a vote and instead loaded up it with unrelated items to kill it. With Miserly Mitch the Millionaire out of the picture, this passes first day 1/20/2021.
Mitch controls the Senate and said no. If Democrats win, Mitch's obstruction will be gone.
Pelosi controls the House and has said no for a month. Mitch offered a deal with the stimulus and nothing else and Pelosi said no. Get better sources of information.
