No, you provided a link to one(?) guy's claims. That's altogether different.

You clearly don't understand legislative resolutions/findings. What you have provided is proposed language.

They're not official "findings" unless and until the legislature votes to adopt them. Right now, they're just one (or several) person's opinions.

Well, yeah, if the source is known to be biased. In this case, the source is apparently known to be much more than biased.

Being "pissed off" does not qualify as "harm." And besides, it's got to be not just harm, but wrongful harm. There will be no evidence of that.

The thing I do not understand is that the Republicans are literally going scorched earth in the closest states where they have the most to lose.

Why keep Dems or Dem leading moderates engaged and enraged ahead of 2022 when the R ace in the hole has always been lagging D participation in mid term races.

Georgia is the state where this is most baffling since Rs have typically been able to win tight races based on D and minority voter apathy and Arizona where there now seems to be an R civil war at play just as Dems are building a high 40s base for decent statewide candidates. But in Wisconsin the state is so evenly divided everything is turnout base as it literally followed every wave of the last 30 years in each direction. Why amplify your opponents- or **** of those white suburban voters who provided the final crucial votes to Biden?

See, you are thinking like a normal person who understands how to build consensus to get things done. But that's not how how trump and his die-hard followers roll.

You won't hear this reported on CNN and Twitter may ban you for posting about it.
