Actually, the American flag is and always will be the American flag. I fly it often, and never, ever for Trump, but for my country. The Trump flag is an ugly thing, like the man himself, and would never be confused with anything truly patriotic or American.

If any group requested and was approved for holding the event at a venue under the purview of the Penn Dept of General Services, I would assume "yes".

You have any evidence something like that happened and wasn't on the web calendar?

I don't know, however, I believe none will be on the calendar. It is because I see the word "approve" in your statement.
