There is a world of difference between Twitter and the baker.
Twitter claims to be a platform not a publisher but does everything a publisher does and does not take any responsibility for being a publisher. That’s a false claim for the service they provide.
A baker is fully responsible for his action. If the customer is not happy about his service, he’s free to sue him.

It's interesting. I have been thinking a lot about Nazi Germany lately. I have never had a problem understanding why a German would go along with this. They were scared if they didn't, they would be killed. I have had a bigger problem understanding why Americans went along with all of it.
