Trump’s detractors use the word loser as if they are talking directly to Donald Trump, lol.

What some don’t realize is that during their narcissistic battle with Trump (triggered by his not going to win in 2016), they actually created MORE of the thing they hate. More “Hitlers” (Trump detractor’s logical end to who Trump is). More “racist” surrounding you wherever you go.

I mean let’s say the score is something like 150 million “Hitlers” to 165 million “non Hitlers”.

Is that a win?

If I truly felt the way some claim to do about Trump, I certainly wouldn’t consider a world where after 4 years of 24/7 campaigning/warnings I’m now surrounded roughly 50% Nazi supporters. I think that would actually be a nightmare strategically.

Let’s face it — Trump came from nowhere and within 4-5 years he won the presidency and followed it up 4 years later by receiving more votes than any sitting President in history. Impressive to say the least. Nearly all the polls we saw for 4 years were simply fantasy created to shape a narrative to bring down Trump.

Trump added 10 million additional followers despite humanities greatest political effort against....anything! Time, money, man hours, comment sections, forums, Abrams — a record amount of resistance was waged.

It’s clear that no matter what the final tally is — America is a country that has moved CLOSER to Trump after 4 years.

Even the biggest fans of Trump would’ve had their minds blown by a level of support that easily trounces even peak Obama.

4-5 years of attacking Trump for what? To prevent him from reaching 80 million votes?

For those that are simply repulsed by Trump to the point of him being Hitler in their minds....did you achieve your goal if in the process you created 10M additional “Hitler” followers?

Do you think that was deliberate on his part?

It almost seemed like the job of President just wasn't in his wheelhouse or comfort zone and he was missing his ability to simply do what he wanted on a daily basis without having to consider or be responsible for whatever the outcome.

If you were a foreign observer with years of political experience looking at his performance, you'd almost think he was deliberately and calculatingly turning in a bad report card so as to be advanced to the next grade just to get himself out of the current class.

It's confusing when one thinks he had the kind of initial support some would die for and made little use of it. Healthcare reform, with expert advice and an initial small couple of steps to provide broader coverage with more affordable options, would have cemented his tenure in the eyes of the entire populace regardless of party, but instead he hung his hat completely on the partisan stuff like appointing a SCOTUS perceived as beholden, building of a wall, ... . . had he firstly done something of measure perceived as universally for the benefit of ALL and then done a couple of his GOP mandates ..???

He lost and in such a spectacular fashion against a Democrat ticket, those same casual observers with no dog in the hunt, would have given him the favored odds for a certain win. Remarkable in it's scope.

I just can't figure out how he could have taken such a gift and squandered it all while taking the GOP into the basement with him.

Trumps candidacy was one for the books and it will be studied for years to come. It really is amazing that a DC outsider that never held elected office could excite the People by the millions to take a chance on him. In 2020 Biden drew dozens to his rallies while Trump was bringing in tens of thousands. Trump had car and boat parades Biden had...?

The enthusiasm for Trump was through the roof and it was due to his no nonsense, tell it like it is, America First approach to politics. He certainly upset lots of people and they hated him for being so brash but they also hated him for exposing the hypocrisy of the Democrats, the bias in the media and the swamp of DC.

Trump certainly had his faults but Love Loathe or Lump him he was the right man at the right time in our history and it took 4 long grinding years of negativity from the Left plus cheating and fraud at the election to unseat him.

I think Trump is done in politics but his son Don Jr should run in 2024.

A cautionary tale for anyone wanting political power may be to not do as you’ve done and label 75 million Americans cult members.

Trumpism will permeate American politics for generations so I have no doubt you’ll continue raging against the cult for many decades to come.

The obvious conclusion to this story that started in 2016 is that Trumpism will be adopted by someone with none of the baggage Trump has. That’s certainly not to say Trump’s career is over, but there WILL come a day where Trump the non-politician will have his mighty political weight swing elections up and down the ballot.

Sorry to say this guys but I’m afraid the Trump thing that started as joke isn’t going quietly into the night.

Things are much different than they were in the past.

Have you ever ventured to social media where America lives?

The idea of people talking ANY political party sounds so antiquated.

We now have two parties:

Trump supporter vs Trump detractors

Now don’t get me wrong, all the support thrown behind Trump isn’t because people simply love his charming personality — he just had the right personality/image/demeanor to take on the media created matrix we live in circa 2020. The typical aww shucks republican will never grace the stage again — those people get annihilated by our media like a deer in headlights.

The Democratic political strategist wants to put a republican on the defensive from the jump. Hello sir, are you a racist?

The only way to cripple this strategy of demonization/going on defense/begging for forgiveness is to NEVER back down and NEVER apologize.

Just say what you say and keep it moving.

People will discuss what you’ve said on social media and they will side with the “truth” they prefer.

Trump came to us during the pinnacle of human communication ease and he’s done nothing but increase in popularity.

Perhaps not in the way you imagine though.
Yes. Agree. He will most likely go down in history as worst President.

Yeah...he will be known as the most dishonest, most corrupt president in American History.

Odd post.

In a few years it'll be a good debate. Who was worse, Trump or Buchannan?
The goal was always to vanquish Trump once and for all.

After the celebration about beating “Hitler” is over, Democrats will have to look in the mirror and think — ya know, we squeezed out a “win” against the man we framed as Hitler...during a pandemic with untold man hours and money invested. Whoopty do.
