Trump has given yet another (of very, very many) valid reason for the USA to stand humiliated in the face of the rest of the world. Americans can no longer claim to be superior to any other country in the world, which should have never been claimed in the first place. Oh how the mighty have fallen.
We've clung to this canard long enough. It's well and good that we no longer say, or believe, this nonsense ever again. Trumpism simply was overt enough to reveal what has always been there.

It's on a much, much, much smaller scale.
The focus wasn't on damaging and stealing, as far as the images show for the moment.
Not to be emulated or admired, but at least half of this country is distrustful of the system.
And for good reason.
One difference is the police didn't hold back using lethal gunfire to suppress Trumpers. Who knows... Maybe they created a martyr today. The left shouldn't be so quick to celebrate that killing.

The far left didn't just destroy their own neighborhoods, as they usually did in the past. They marched into wealthier neighborhoods. Remember that lawyer that was the target of media hate because he came out of his mansion with a semi automatic weapon? BLM also caused a lot of damage to the CNN headquarters in Atlanta. They even went into areas of Hollywood.
The dollar amount of damage caused by radicalized leftist rioters over the past year or two is estimated into the billions. And that doesn't take into account the lives lost as a result of their rampage all across America.
