Marching is fine. Waiving signs and flags and shouting all good. Breaking into the Capitol and smashing windows and carrying weapons? Not ok. One set of actions is a peaceful protest and the other is a mob riot. One group should be protected and the other prosecuted.
What gets me are all the congresspersons outraged and condemning this...oh, now that it affects YOU, you are upset.
Where were you people all summer? Where was your outrage then, when cities were being burned and people assaulted and so forth? Spineless and gutless, that’s who our “leaders” are.
This is exactly what gets me angry as well. Complete disregard for ordinary Americans and their livelihoods but if they feel uncomfortable the National Guard is called.
