Yep. Perhaps the same as the ones that burned St. John's church were charged with. Though that was considerably more violent and destructive. No one set the Capitol on fire.

Yes I did, because at the rate that it takes a person to have a pardon (ya know, convicted), will take longer than it will take to have trump provide a pardon.

Sad that it has to be explained kindergarten easy, once again.

And Henry II never actually told anyone to kill Thomas Becket.

Kindergarteners have better sentence structure and grammar. Not exactly sure what you are saying.

Umm.. I learned in kindergarten that Federal pardons can happen before trial or conviction.

From the link below:

Most pardons are funneled to the president through the Justice Department’s Office of the Pardon Attorney, which considers applications only from people who have already served their sentences. But presidents can, and do, bypass that process. In Ex parte Garland , the Supreme Court settled the question of preemptive pardons. The justices in that 1866 case decided that while pardons could reach only past acts, the pardon “may be exercised at any time after [the act’s] commission, either before legal proceedings are taken or during their pendency or after conviction and judgment.

The question we should be asking is if the various Left wing groups that have bailed out members of BLM and antifa will come to the aid of these supposed MAGA idiots? We can also ask if the judges will go easy on these bozos like they have with so many of the rioters?
Ahh yeah deflection.

People marched from the Trump "rally" to the Capitol.

MAGA people at the Trump rally had "Civil War 1/6/2021" T-shirts on.

Rudy Guiliani spoke of "conflict" to begin.

High level QAnon and other right wing people were photographed there.

But yeah we should spend some time checking if this was the work of left wing groups.

Well, here (since you cannot even spell kindergartners).

To get a pardon, you have to be convicted.

Do you think there is enough time to get convictions, so trump can pardon?

I know, I know, critical thinking.

Regular people would be scared to go running full boar at police or security, spray them and brake windows. Regular people would be afraid they’re going to get hurt.

These people just charged in there so brazenly, and with such entitlement ...to break down doors. It’s almost as if someone had promised them beforehand that they wouldn’t be punished.

And the latest bunch of BS... drum roll please, facial recognition. They somehow feel that if they use a technical term, preferably inferring some advanced science, it will prove their theory.
