I think the prosecutors should use the very same statutes and charging procedures they have with rioters in DC for the past year. Nothing more, nothing less.

Umm.. I learned in kindergarten that Federal pardons can happen before trial or conviction.

But yeah we should spend some time checking if this was the work of left wing groups.
Regular people would be scared to go running full boar at police or security, spray them and brake windows. Regular people would be afraid they’re going to get hurt.
These people just charged in there so brazenly, and with such entitlement ...to break down doors. It’s almost as if someone had promised them beforehand that they wouldn’t be punished.
