Crimes are just those that are illegal, not moral crimes.
George Washington was a treasonous rebel. Meanwhile Geithner was an outstanding citizen who bolstered Wall Street's power to destroy lives.
Who is the real villain?
Attacking the halls of power that are used to destroy American lives is not nearly the crime the folk in Washington do every day.
The delusional people who invaded the Capitol think the election was "stolen", if you, and they, choose not to participate in the reality based world, that is your choice. But you cannot destroy property of those who do choose to reside there.
And you know what? If Americans had decided they had had enough of the game show host and stormed the White House to "be heard", all these apologists on this board would've have been shouting for the Secret Service to gun them down. So just stop with this "they only wanted to be heard", "why the outrage", "it's their right" nonsense. It's disingenuous, transparent and desperate.
Private businesses can choose to fire or not fire as they see fit. Personally I would fire an employee if they were caught trespassing or destroying property.
It is not moral to try to overturn an election just because your choice didn't win.
Both Gore and Hillary tried to overturn their election defeat. Try to keep up.
