Long shot but the court should take it up.
Have to keep hope alive for some.

Reality has hit most.

Trump need to resign. Maybe he can make a deal like Nixon. So as not to be arrested as the door wacks him as he leaves.

He was probably more energetic in 2020 than he was in 2016.

Trump took a golf cart 700 yards or so for a photo shoot while all of the other world leaders walked.

The republicans need someone like Trump who believes in a secured border, repealing trade deals that outsource jobs, push for prison reform, etc...

If the republican party wants to keep running neocons like W. Bush and McCain, I'd go the non party affiliated route

Its time for a third party. The neocon bush GOP will never be elected again. Trump was their reformer... most of the warhawks like John Mccain rejected reform... so be it...

They want to throw Trump under the bus then they can kiss their chances of holding the presidency ever again goodbye.

He can be impeached and convicted though, and if the GOP Senate can do that, Mike Pence will finish out Trump's term. Pence will make clean ending to 4 chaotic years.

The sooner conservatives abandon Trump the sooner the party starts healing itself. Once impeached, Trump won't ever be able to run for office again.
The earliest the Senate starts with the Impeachment is the 19th and the very next day is the Inauguration Day for Biden. By the time the Senate has a trial and then vote, it's Chuck Schumer's Senate.

Pence will attend Biden's inauguration and not Trump though.
