That would explain it.

Did you miss all of the attacks on federal buildings by the BLM crowd in Portland, LA, etc?

Did you miss all of the small business owners in tears because their businesses had been burned and looted?

And Heels Up Harris was supporting these rioters, who destroyed these small businesses, by helping to bail them out of jail.

Government is a business.

Can't have it both ways.

And no, this election was NOT conducted legally or fairly. State legislatures make changes to the election process, not some liberal SOS or some liberal state judge.

Yes...anybody can edit wikipedia...it has a system of checks and balances with all making sure it is accurate and factual from disinformation. Feel free to edit it to fit your narrative and see what happens...

This is not that complicated.

If I shoot my neighbor, I'm a murderer.
If I shoot a government official to stop them from being a government official, I'm a murderer and an assassin.

If I destructively break into a shoestore, I'm a vandal.
If I destructively break into the Capitol to stop an election, I'm a seditious vandal.

The former is obviously bad and illegal. The latter is doubly bad and doubly illegal.

NO, they were not the same. The events at the Capitol were a demonstration against the actions of our political leadership, and a demand to be heard. No property of private citizens was damaged or destroyed, no buildings burned, no cars destroyed. Call that an insurrection if you care to.

The actions of BLM and Pantifa were against the American people. The TVs they stole, the windows they smashed, the businesses and homes they burned-those were owned by private American citizens. The blockades of highways-the cars they trashed, the people they dragged from those cars and assaulted were ordinary American citizens. The police officers they threw firebombs, explosives, feces and urine at, and that they tried to burn alive in their precincts, were ordinary American citizens. The nearly 50 people that have been killed in BLM/Pantifa riots were ordinary American citizens. BLM/Pantifa isn't an "insurrection"-they are thugs committing a reign of terror against American citizens. All with the approval, support and even financing from leadership in the Democratic party. Not one of which has denounced BLM and Pantifa.

So no, the 2 sides are not the same.

The riots in the spring and summer were awful & wre condemned as not useful means of protest.

It wasn't right.

But this whataboutism is pathetically sick.

Wednesday was awful --- not acceptable. end of story.

If what happened at the capitol fits the definition on "insurrection" then the riots by BLM were an insurrection.

Yes.

The rioters were againt American people -- they were rioters/vandals.......

The protesters during the day were fighting for social justice and were American people.

The mob that stormed the Capitol and endangered so many were American people..........they weren't heroes -- they were a misguided mob.
