It has now been confirmed that a signed, sworn affidavit was delivered to the U.S. Congress yesterday by individuals acting with an Italian defense company employee in which the employee confesses to manipulating votes in the U.S. election on Nov. 3.

I voted for Trump. But why did these affidavits wait until at 12:01 a.m. rather than being made available shortly after the election. Better yet, why didn't the "deponent" call the police and publicize this before the election?
If it is proven a person lies on an affidavit, that is a criminal act.
We've had this conversation, haven't we? If an affidavit is admitted as evidence, sure. But most of the affidavits floating around never meade it that far. Neither will this, it's someone telling about a conversation he had with an unnamed third party. Are you familiar with "hearsay"?
Ill never understand, no matter what side you're on, why people dont want fair & accurate elections.
I want accurate elections. I also don't want charlatans to be able to hoke up affidavits whose only effect will be to promote conspiracy theories and which cannot, under any state or federal procedural rules be admitted into evidence.
The time for any of these challenges was either before the election, when these loopy voting procedures were breaking out like chicken-pox or immediately after. They should have gone with reputable law firms and a well-documented attack rather than going cheap with Rudy Giuliani. I admire the gentleman but not as a lone soldier in a high-stakes legal fight.
