At the very least Amy Comey Barrett should resign as her appointment was not justified, and a prime example of stacking the court in an election year. This goes against the republicans own president when Obama selected Merritt Garland to replace Antonin Scalia.

We are for it, unless she resigns.
Curious why you refer to yourself as 'we'? Or maybe you are a part of some activist group?

Honestly, making it bigger just adds more confusion and cases go through lower courts first anyway. I mean, how many people have to look at an issue already?

Royal We. Sorry Force of habit. Trust someone here to think it was an activist group, Europeans just think differently to Americans.

Does not matter to me. I could see making the case to go to 13 to match the number of Circuit courts but I am fine leaving it at 9.

I do support Statehood for DC and PR though

The seat count has changed repeatedly.

I agree that it should be brought into line with circuit court number.

Remember what happened last time the losing side thought the winning side was adding states to lock in their political gains
