I’m interested to see if BLM/ANTIFA stands down now. If they do, that tells me they were nothing more than a phony movement who got paid to make Trump look bad.
If they do continue to riot, I doubt very seriously that Biden will persecute them. They are after all his voting base.
Oh boy. This like so many other feel good notions and laws are ripe for abuse. The red flag laws come to mind where someone can claim to be threatened by a person who happens to own guns and the Police are compelled to pay that guy a visit and possibly seize his guns.

Yes, it’s scary. This is how Hitler started. He knew he couldn’t just wake up one day and tell Germans that Jews were inferior beings and you all should kill them. No, the dehumanization of Jews, and convincing others they were people worthy of contempt, began a good ten years earlier. That’s why he had Jews walk in the curb rather than the sidewalk (as just one early example).
We are at that point now, with this cancel culture and suggestions to make lists of Trump Supporters so they can be held accountable - or this latest, to “root out extremists.” Biden was very soft on the BLM terrorists destroying our cities all summer (although under pressure he finally said he was opposed to riots), but he was quick to condemn the “thugs” (his word) on Wednesday.
