This is about Trump's Terrorists who were chanting "Stop the Steal" while they were breaking into the Capitol to try to find Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi, with the idea of hauling them off to the gallows they had built outside.
These are Trump's own goons who created this hashtag. There is also an investigation being opened into whether Trump whipped up the mob to intentionally sent them into the Capitol building knowing Pence and Pelosi were inside confirming the Electoral College results.
