If China wants to invest there, then by all means....enjoy...what could possibly go wrong.
China is not just ‘investing’ in Africa. It is slowly and deliberately embedding itself in Africa’s economy with the ultimate goal of exploiting Africa’s people and taking their vast resources.
A huge percentage of Africa’s recent infrastructure initiatives, from railways and highways to power generation, telecommunication, and mining technologies, even dams are being built by Chinese companies and/or backed by Chinese banks. The goal is to hold African governments hostage to this huge build-up of debt in return for their resources.
From Forbes: “China's ‘Debt Trap Diplomacy’ is the long-term goal [by China] to entrap African nations in debt commitments as a pretext to obtain their resources”
From a US Army War College Study ‘China’s Pursuit of Africa’s Natural Resources’: “A natural ally of African states as leader of the developing world, China is using debt forgiveness, development aid and participation in African Peacekeeping Operations to gain influence and access to resources.”
From Wharton Business School’s African Business Forum: “Both China and Africa proclaim a new, mutually beneficial economic, political, and regional alliance.”
From a recent Reuter’s article (regarding a move for debt relief for Africa resulting from COVID-19 impact on Africa’s economy): “China sees this as an opportunity to seize leadership and exploit it, and the U.S. could walk away from it”.
Instead of telling me to go educate (read go F) myself, why don’t you give some specific examples of what exactly I got wrong about Africa?
Have you heard ANYTHING on US news regarding the ongoing racial violence against whites in Africa or China’s increasing presence there? No! Because the US has been preoccupied with trying everything to get rid of ‘The Bad Orange Man’ for the last four years!

What problem do you have with providing EQUAL access, which what your quote clearly states. EQUAL does not mean anyone loses, it just means disadvantaged groups now have the same access.
Equal access and opportunity has been the policy of government for over 50 years. And nobody objects to that. Look at Biden's statement again:
"Our priority will be Black, Latino, Asian, and Native American owned small businesses, women-owned businesses, and finally having equal access to resources needed to reopen and rebuild.“
The key word is here is "finally". His speech writer inserted that because the people creating Biden policy don't think there has been equal access. They believe that, despite the efforts of government for the past two generations, America is still riddled with "systemic racism". If that statement from Biden was expanded to more thoroughly and honestly explain his policy it might look something like this:
"Folks, you might think we have equal opportunity in America, but we don't. Everybody's been talking about it for as long as I've been in politics, but it's a load of bull. Come on, man! We live in a white man's society. We white men have created a racist and sexist system that cheats people of color and women out of their fair share. This has to stop. We have the power to make things more equal and by God we're going to use it. Our priority will be Black, Latino, Asian, and Native American owned small businesses, women-owned businesses, and finally having equal access to resources needed to reopen and rebuild. This is our chance to tear down the male-dominated, white supremacist structures we've made and build back better."

As my son said when a black women got the job he should have 'it's time to pay the penance for hundreds of years of white men running things. Too bad it's my generation that has to do it'. But if you truly believe in one nation under God with liberty and justice for all you will be more than happy to be the sacrificial lamb.

Why are Caucasian people considered colorless? Their skin color has some pigment, it is not pure white like a piece of paper. Also come to think of it, isn’t white a color?
Interesting strategies they have used for this particular brand of hate crimes.....

The businesses highlighted now have the opportunity to show society just how productive and successfully that they can contribute to the economy. People vote with their dollars in the free market and are under no obligation to go here or there. Four years is more than enough time to prove themselves.
Maybe because minorities have been underserved in this country forever? what you think the country that has always catered to white people won't continue to do so? also what is the context of the quote? Is it in the context of trying to help minority communities?

No, the use of the word "priority" makes all the difference. Biden is talking directly about the Fed Gov committing race-based and gender-based discrimination in the administration of its programs. That's both illegal and unconstitutional, a violation of both the Civil Rights Act AND the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause.

Ive worked for 3 companies that were women owned. 50.1% wife 49.9% husband. Businesses are marital property in most states.
