They have said again and again that they love Trump because he stands for everything they believe in. Which is all of the above.

They've remade Jesus into an AK-47 totin', ass-kicking revolutionary. It's like they never actually heard of the real Jesus of Nazareth.

what exactly is blocking trump from sending out a news release or having a press conference? nothing i can see. either of those actions would reach more people then a tweet.

I wonder who?
I think they could have done it themselves. You get a couple yahoos together, and they open the door to the rioters. Not fully convinced this was an order from above, since most of the cops were fighting for their lives, literally, keeping the mob out.

Pence had trump's back. And what did he get for his loyalty? A stab in the back. Trump has no loyalty. No decency. No honor.

For one, the guy should have just kept his mouth shut.
I agree. And when I said as much to a Trump supporting (still) friend, she indicated I was wrong and that Pence COLD have done something. I haven't fleshed this out personally, but I stand by Pence and my belief that he could not unilaterally refuse to certify the electoral votes. And he's right - after all he did for Trump.
