What would a Trump Monarchy look like? (Putin, illegal, drug)

Hypothetically suppose there are some more pro Trump uprisings and he had the help of some generals and took over, installed Martial Law
and put Biden and Pence, BLM marches made illegal, masks outlawed etc

Suppose he said the fraudulent steal is over, no more elections for a while, the Democratic party is "temporarily" outlawed.
There will be one Patriot Party for a while, while socialism is purged, AOC and Bernie Sander locked up etc

I use the word "monarchy" loosely in the title but I'm saying if he had more of a Putin or Xi Jinping level of power, one party, a president for life for type thing, if not extended to 10 years or no term limit

with this level of power what are things he might do, policies he might put in place if he had no resistance at all in areas such as these


tax policy
crime control
drug legality policy, marijuana etc
health care
media speech
social security
environment
gun laws
speech against a president
social media companies
colossal monuments
citizens who practice Islam
police powers

etc.

I was thinking he could make a law only Patriot party members could own guns
I'm not sure what his drug laws would be.

I'm thinking he looks at Putin, Kim Jong Un, Xi Jinping and is a little envious they little if any internal political opposition and he is a bit envious. Look at Netanyahu. He's even been in power for 11 years and before that another 3 year period.

Lets look at how all other dictators address these issues. Both historical and present.
tax policy: What ever tax he wants to levy on the public, he can do it without any say from the public. The Middle Class will feel this pain the most - However, most likely there will no longer be a Middle Class.

crime control: Total and heavy handed. Crime as we know it will eventually become very rare. However, things that we all do every day that never would be considered a crime, would now land you in prison or re-education camps. Trials will be shams done only for show.

drug legality policy, marijuana etc: Illegal with the smallest offence being punished with extreme harshness.

health care: Public Health Care.

media speech: Only Government sanctioned propaganda will be permitted

social security: Will still be there for anybody that is "In good standing with Government's Leader's policies"

environment: Destroyed! Toxic waist land.

gun laws: Hate to say it, but your guns are gone! All Dictators on the right and the left eventually take your guns away. Hunting rifles may be excepted from the seizures, provided you are a citizen in good standing.

speech against a president: This will be sedition. See Crime Control and Media Speech above.

social media companies: Heavily censored and diligently monitored. Violators of the leaders rules will be punished as criminals against the State.

colossal monuments: A lot of them will be erected. Most of them will be of the "Supreme Leader". Some cities will be renamed after the Leader. Maybe a State will be renamed.

citizens who practice Islam: They will be registered and most likely given a status that has lower rights than other citizens. Over time, they may have their property seized and they will be sent to camps.

police powers: Total power, corrupt and unrestricted. No citizen will have any rights. Even the most Government supporting of citizens can and will fall victim to their power. Just one angry neighbors complaint or a careless child's words will bring the Police to bust down your door.
