Exactly. Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech. Is Twitter a member of Congress? No. Has Twitter passed a law? No. Has Congress passed a law that Trump may not have a Twitter account? No.
What exactly is the Constitutional issue then?
One could argue the 230 protections, passed by Congress, are allowing a lot of these actions to go unchecked.
