Interesting. It seems that they do not want to create political issues for thier swing district members.

House Republican leaders have decided not to formally lobby members of the party against voting to impeach President Trump, making a tacit break with him as they scrambled to gauge support within their ranks for a vote on Wednesday to charge him with inciting violence against the country.

I've watched a couple Republicans call for "unity" in their floor speeches.

Hard to believe they are still on board.

My Republican rep, who has supported Trump to this point, released a statement today saying she is voting for impeachment.

They are done with Trump. He is no use to them anymore so they are cutting him loose and trying to appear that they never liked him in the first place. The most important thing to these people or should we call them parasites, is protecting their jobs and America can take a back seat.

I think they are all playing with fire and they should just let Trump fade away into History one week from now.

There are an awful lot of people that take an attack on Trump personally and who wants to see America turned into a battle zone?
