Not sure how one goes from a Republican to the party of anti-white, pro-illegal, high tax and pro-censorship. I could see going independent, but going dem is full mental break.

I dont really care what party something is in. The head of my place of employment sent out an email recently and he said, last week we saw examples of leadership gone awry, and now my hope is for a renewed faith in our democratic values.

I was a bit taken aback. I guess he assumes every single person employed there is a democrat.

We all know you voted for slavery. You should be proud of yourself.

I care plenty about other people especially the truly helpless. Voting for politicians to re distribute wealth by force is not caring for others.

That's not accurate. Remove donations to churches and look again. Republicans give more to private charities as a whole. That does not mean they are more compassionate. Thinking one can help people more effectively through the private sector proves to be inaccurate. Someone wealthy giving money to a $200/plate fundraiser to a charity that passes only 10% through to those in need is a 'charitable donation' to the private sector. Going only off of that is a poor metric. From the perspective of our elected officials, the simple fact is the GOP is a very heartless party today. Show me a bill that provides relief to people suffering from a lack of health care. Show me a bill that provides relief for people who are down on their luck, and can't find jobs. Show me Republican politicians who show sympathy for people in those situations, instead of crying socialism. That's what I am asking for. The simple fact is the GOP has evolved into a party that lacks compassion or empathy for people. At best, I will be registered democrat or not registered to any party until that problem changes with the GOP.

I cut the noise you posted about Biden/Trump from your reply. This thread is about being a republican or democrat. If you want to discuss the 2020 presidential candidates, start a thread on that.

Biden hasn't given squat to charity. Trump lapped Biden a Thousand times in that regard.

Why doesn't Mr. MaGoo care about other people? He only cares about himself obviously.

Plagerizing other peoples' speeches, shows he doesn't care about them, or their rights.

Lying about his academics shows he doesn't care about those who did earn top honors, and good grades.

MaGoo sleeping with Jill when she was still married shows he didn't give a flip about Jill's poor husband.

How many more examples do you need? Trump is scum, Biden is scum. Debating which is worse, is pizz'n into the wind.

Nearly every politcian and gov't worker in DC is questionable...except for 2.
Okay. Prove those statements. The only way to know is tax returns,. What we do know is Trump had to shut down his charity because it was not a charity., It was self serving.,

Lets look at the philanthropy of Bill Gates and Warren Buffet

Show some legitimate links. Show how much Trump gave to charity. You will of course need tax returns.

Exactly, it's enslaving them to a life of dependency, hopelessness, poverty and despair.

What I see today further cement my view that becoming independent and even voting for D's (I live in GA and voted for all three winning democrats on the national stage) was the right way to go.

The problem I have nowadays with the republicans is when are they going to move past crazy? Don't you get tired of believing conspiracy theories that do not end up being true? Today, I look at the doctored images of the Trump supporters fixed to look like Antifa. Its just maddening. Couple that with all the youtube videos and BS about Covid over the summer to the election (not so) mess.

I want to inform you our government is not nearly as smart or as sophisticated to do the things you think they are doing. Example: I read on a Florida TV news station site that federal and state rollout of the COVID vaccine is a disaster right now. You honestly think for people that can't even do this, yet they stole several elections, which probably would go down as the biggest scandal in the history of our country? Seriously?

This is not the conservatives of the Ronald Regan era. Today's conservatives seem to be so hell bent on trying to create every conspiracy theory. Get away from crazy conservatives. You will never win the way you are going.
Neo-Liberal and Neo-Conservatives are basically the same thing. They only take knee to the highest bidder. Whether its a corporation or a foreign state.

Trump was neither. Thats why they wanted him gone ASAP
