The incident, which took place on Jan. 28, 2004, at the Rifle Fireside Lanes bowling alley in Rifle, Colorado, reportedly involved a 20-year-old and a 16-year-old. The girls were reportedly approached by Jayson while standing at a snack bar.
They were discussing tattoos when Jayson allegedly interjected by stating that he received a tattoo on his penis.
Although the girls said they attempted to ignore him, Jayson came up behind them soon after and "unzipped his pants, removed his genitals exposing the shaft" while "covering the head of the genitals with his hand," according to Officer Donivan Livingston.
The girls alerted the bowling alley's owner, who reportedly attempted to get Jayson to leave. The owner said, according to the report, that Jayson repeatedly refused and eventually became "belligerent," leading him to call the police.
She also tweeted out Today is our 1776 that morning. She needs to be looked into. She may have not had actually had anything to do with this all, but there's enough to trigger my Spidey senses and wonder.

“On her educational background, she said she never claimed to have graduated from Rifle High School, though The Sun found she was listed on the 2004 graduation roster. “I went to my high school,” she said.

I would support the idea of at least looking into those situations, sure. As I said, I'm not definitively saying she must be involved. I am perfectly content to accept the facts if she isn't, trust me. Just some little details with things she has done and things that have happened that make me wonder.
