No, he has no plan and is just bluffing and turning this country against each other. By the end of his term I would not be surprised if 1/2 the population is dead and China rules us.

Do they vaccinate all the Illegal Aliens that they are allowing into our country? And require them to wear masks? Do they check if they are Terrorists, Violent Criminals, Drug Dealers, etc? NO.

The pandemic is a threat (how much of a threat we don't know for certain. but a 99+% survivability rate has to be ecnouraging) but it has been midmanaged and distorted by the rumor-mongers of every stripe.
