In fact, that scene is going to become etched in everyone's brain because you will be seeing it all the time. Just as you will be seeing tanks and armored vehicles around federal and other government buildings, a dozen different kinds of police constantly walking the streets, and frequent chaos. I saw this all first hand many years ago in Peru. Now I get to see it again here. I never would have guessed that in a million years back in 2001. How quickly things can go to hell.
Or you have a want to be dictator who fabricated a story about election fraud, then instigated an attack on the capitol to try and overturn a democratic election because he's facing criminal charges when he leaves office, and it's logical to have protection against a person as unhinged as that.
