As ridiculous as Trump's hair is, it is a great trademark in a cartoonish way. I mean Obama had his ears and Nixon had a bit of a nose but Trump's hair is the best.
And the pancake makeup was a close second. It looked like a mask because it didn't cover the edge of his face.
And we probably shouldn't even start on those white goggle looking things around his eyes.
But yeah, it takes several hours to put Joe Biden's make up. Probably so he doesn't look ridiculous like Trump does.
