Article on the massive numbers of retirements in city police forces. Minneapolis has lost permanently or due to leave of absence 20% of its police force.

Gotta love how these democratic mayors allowed for the riots and looting and all these crazies wanting to defund the police. The police weren't supported so why stick around. Of course the morale was awful. What did these democratic mayors expect? And now with Biden in, they know it will be more of the same.
