Where does it say in the article that massive numbers of those on the right contacted the company and threatened to boycott them unless they fired her? .. I guess so they wouldn't get anymore government contracts? lol.
Sounds like the company decided for itself that she should be fired and the opinion of those on the right had absolutely nothing to do with it.
After being fired, this lady ended up getting elected to the Loudoun County board of Supervisors, basically turning her middle finger into an anti-trump platform.
Putting aside flipping off any President is pretty crappy behavior, they cheered because someone on the left got a taste of their medicine and a standard they disagree with was finally applied equally.
The point is two wrongs don't make a right.
A lot of people on the right had already lost their jobs merely for supporting Trump policies on Facebook. Not for doing an obscene gesture in public.

Proving that the people who voted for her were pretty stupid. But she was smart enough to realize that. Maybe getting fired helped her learn something.
I'm seeing all kinds of posts and tweets from the right lamenting about Trump supporters losing their jobs over the Capitol riots. Those EXACT SAME PEOPLE cheered when the cyclist who flipped off Trump as his motorcade passed lost her job. Where were the "defenders of free speech" then? She didn't storm a federal building, she silently raised her middle finger as he passed. She is just one example of the many times Trump supporters cheered when the opposition lost their jobs over opposing Trump.
The cyclist was a prepared, intelligent person, which is the reason she was able to land another job easily.
Trumpers on the other hand...
Trumpers broke the law, she used a gesture. Big difference
