If this had been a normal time, there's no question that Biden's inauguration crowd would have been bigger than Trump's. But with the problems of the pandemic and the Washington lockdown with threats of more illegal attacks, the crowd will probably be tiny.

So Trump can brag about that. He'll probably say that a smaller crowd is proof that he won, but it's really proof that he was a failure with protecting the public health and that he embraces violence, chaos, and illegal attacks.

Yeah, trumpers will be drooling (as usual) about how there are "only 12 people in the audience," and how that "definitively proves election fraud." Lmao.

If this was "normal time" the Dems wouldn't have gotten away with stealing an election.

I doubt it.

Nobody was excited about Biden. People simply voted for him because of their absolute hatred of Trump.

Maybe! I do have a friend who normally is a late sleeper but is determined to set her alarm to watch.

And their delight in TrumpÅ› departure wold have led them to be at the inauguration.

Do not confuse the win and the man. Democrats may not be excited about Biden, with his low-key personality (if you compare with the Trump hysteria), but they are excited about his win.
