This is what the Dems do, one single one-off event at the US capital, and Blumenthal is suddenly convinced we have white supremacists infiltrating the US military. What a POS he is. Active duty military were not storming the capital in a racist act of white supremacy. And of course the US news media is spearheading this by making up lies and slandering the military. What white supremacy motivations and were there with the riot in the capital?
"The issue of white supremacy and extremist ideology within the ranks of our military is not new, but the attack on the Capitol makes clear this alarming trend must be immediately addressed," Blumenthal wrote. "We urge you to launch a comprehensive investigation into instances of white supremacist and violent fringe extremist activity within the military."
First the race baiting Democrats were calling the police racist white supremacists, now they have moved on to slandering the US military???? And where is Joe Biden??? He's nowhere to be seen, he is right there with Blumenthal pissing on the military. What a way to kick off his presidency as commander-in-chief, tacitly approving of the slandering of the military.
Note that a Senate Investigation uses whatever rules they desire. Senate members are immune from prosecution for violating anyone's Constitutional Rights. They can do whatever they like. Only thing moderating their actions in such an investigation is public opinion in their home state, and getting re-elected. I am not saying there is anything wrong with that, but it is how it is.
The Army has a bigger problem with gang members in the Army still continuing their life of crime including murder, drug dealing, and stealing guns for the gangs.

Is the bold true? I thought it was only when they were on the floor talking. Like when it was told romney did not pay his taxes for years.....the response that was stated to that comment, (paraphrased) Well, it worked (the lie).
When I was in the Navy, the biggest problem in this regards was people bringing their hometown gang type BS with them. Not necessarily official gang stuff, but even high school rivalry, different neighborhoods, etc.
In this case, I wonder what their definition of "white supremacy" will be, and exactly what the line would be.
