Biden will do the same thing he has done for 45 years in politics...nothing for the people, and everything for the fascist government
Do you know what a fascist is? I am a Democrat whose grandfather...a Democrat as well...was badly injured fighting the fascists in World War 2. I would be interested in a detailed analysis of the similarities between my grandfather and myself and the fascists he was fighting.
Not sure about you, but the last 4 years have been pretty damn prosperous , at least for my family, and pretty much all of my friends, many whom own small businesses. If one couldn't better themselves in the last 4 years (pre-Covid) that is on them.
As far as Covid, blaming Trump for these deaths is pretty asinine. 12 months he ignored the virus ? That is laughable. Could things have been done differently ? Perhaps. Would it have changed our predicament ? Not a single person on this planet can really know. It could have been worse, or better.
I, and everyone I am in contact with have been masking up (and gloves in the beginning) since March, many of us have been working from home since then as well, we followed the CDC guidelines. Not sure where you come up with that 12 month thing, maybe if you weren't so consumed with Trump you would have seen this.

In my opinion, we can't look to the past to define what fascism was then, compared to now.
I think what it means in a modern perspective is, not allowing other views, forcing their views on to another and canceling the opposing or just different views.
A perfect example is the herd at one of the BLM protests that went after a couple just sitting at a restaurant and demanded them to raise their fist in solidarity, eventually taking the couples drinks.
Threatening people for your cause seems to be pretty fascist to me.

Why am I quoted on this ? I never brought anything up about communism.
If Biden were really leading, we wouldn't have to continue being reminded that he's leading.
If Biden were really the most popular president ever, people would be upset that they couldn't attend the inauguration. i am not seeing many people really care. Having the troops in riot gear is a good way to mask the fact that virtually no one cares about Biden.
And yet he won the popular vote by several million votes.
And the Dems won the Senate and held on to the House.

I know quite well what fascism is.... fascism (also known as corporatism) is socialism lite...and the American left have hugged it going back to FDR who brought fascism to America
Many fascist tenets were espoused by American progressives like John Dewey and Woodrow Wilson, and FDR incorporated fascist policies in the New Deal.
