Or he accepted that it won’t change nothing. Your guy is going to be sworn in.

Suddenly, to the loony left, it's not a good thing and they have to be outraged about it.
Just to point out that apparently is the ONLY thing Trump chose to do as an exiting president
So to me that shows his innate cowardice
He couldn’t do anything in person
Never conceded that he lost in a LEGAL election
Had to be the one to arrange his transport to FL vs allowing Biden to do it as past transitions have happened
No meeting at the WH face to face
Obstruction to Biden’s transition teams
Deliberate attempt to stuff an unqualified and questionable man into a sensitive government post in the last week before Biden took office

That is so Trump
Cowardly
Wanting to have the last word and not be contradicted
He never fires anyone face to face despite his “strong” self-definition
He loves to control the moment (always running late being one example of that)
I am sure Biden will read it
I bet Trump used the Royal “we” like he did on his goodbye address
Cowardly......or nice?

This is a joy for so many people; is it not kinder for him not to show up and spoil it for them by his appearance?

This. Trump has a lot of issues, and couldn’t even bring himself to say Biden’s name in public, but leaving a letter is norm.

It is a presidential tradition to leave a letter for the next president.
