Yes, it is already justified as the U.S. House of Representatives passed the resolution of Impeachment against President Trump. Now if the U.S. Senate agrees by a super majority of 67 votes or more, he will be impeached. Pretty simple really.
President Trump personally incited the riot that led to breaking into the U.S. Capitol, just a few of his words were "take back our country".
Perhaps others that read this thread may think that it is perfectly fine for the President of the United States to encourage his followers to disrupt the certification in Congress of the electoral college results, and if they do, that is sedition and where the serious danger really lies.
It's the OPINION of 75 million other people that there was fraud.
And he never advocated storming the Capitol or the use of violence..
By your logic, any Dem politicians who lied about police "hunting and killing black men" is responsible for the all the BLM riots.
Every Dem who parroted the Russian collusion narrative saying that Russia hacked the election should be charged for inciting the riots that followed the 2016 election.

Right, an “insurrection” that had so many holes in the story, plenty of blame to go around. Trump was the least of the elements. Try reading the full text of his speech, if you know how to read. Typical democrat.

He already IS impeached. That was the result of the House vote. It's done. The Senate votes on conviction and consequences thereof.
Actually he should be drawn and quartered. Impeachment is pretty mild for leading an insurrection.
No matter how many times you use the word "insurrection" .....it doesn't mean that there actually was one.
