Isn’t that somewhat hypocritical? For example a FB friend goes on and on about strong women like Kamala but then doesn’t think pronouns should be used and so many people are confiding in her that they are a They/Them.

Isn’t that a very generic statement in itself? Not everyone is going to agree on everything. Some people might be in favour of having strong women in leadership roles, but are against gender neutrality.
