Maybe you should look at district maps in Red VS Blue states and see which are the most gerrymandered.

I know in my state, gerrymandering has mostly been done by Republicans. I don't know about on a national scale.

A classic example was the 2011 Ohio redistricting, which ended up putting Marcy Kaptur (D-Toledo) and Dennis Kucinich (D-Cleveland) in the same district, causing them to have to face each other in the 2012 primary, and cost Kucinich his house seat (Kaptur won the primary and later general)
