It’s like when new management comes in and takes over the company, you always blame the last guy, that’s the easy part.
The hard part is coming up with a plan you take responsibility for.
It’s pretty easy to say what the last guy did wrong when they didn’t even know much vaccine the federal government actually had. The Trump admin was THAT dysfunctional.
"Sources" can "claim" whatever they want. Odds are, if they're being reported on CNN, it will be something that will make Trump look bad. Because that's what they do.
If reporting facts makes someone look bad so be it.
If it's true, then what's stopping Biden from coming up with a plan? For that matter, why didn't he already have one ready to go?
Biden has a plan and T***p delayed the transition because he was a sore loser.

This is it exactly. Traitor Joe spent months complaining about Trumps incompetence and failure. Now that it’s his turn, old sleepy Joe got no game.
Heard this on the news. So I'm guessing that the Biden Admin assumed there was a vaccine rollout/infrastructure/plan already in place to dictate how the federal stockpile (which we now know is non-existent) would roll down to the states. I believe their hope was to jump onto that already existing plan and see how they can improve it or speed it up. It seems that they were shocked to learn there was NO plan, ZERO logistics/infrastructure so they will now build from the ground up.
This is what a good transition period is for. To transfer plans over. No wonder the Trump admin didn't want to play nice. It would have been a horrible news story for them.

We are doing close to 1 million shots a day and the Joe Biden plan is to do 100 million shots in 100 days. It's literally the same plan. The news is trying to give Biden excuses and make him look more heroic
If Trump didn’t have a vaccine plan like CNN claims then why are we already vaccinating nearly 1 million a day?
Which would meet Biden’s plan of 100 million vaccinations in 100 days? Anyone? Anyone?
Or is it just a way to make Biden look more heroic? The “savior” who will get us out of the pandemic? I mean already many are saying maybe we shouldn’t lockdown after all
Hell I was told by the media there wasn’t even going to be a vaccine by the end of the year
They over complicated it. Just give the vaccine to any US citizen that wants it. If first responders or someone else on a priority list doesn't want it give it to someone else immediately. This is why more personal doctors offices should've gotten it. If one patient didn't want it they could call another on their patient list none this way in advance appointments. It's a shot, not an examine, procedure or test.
A little under half the US winds up with the flu vaccine which is till a good number because that's over 150 million doses a season through doctors offices, drugs stores, clinics etc. They centralized the initial rollout too much. Even with the special freezer one they should've allowed doctors to refer their patients to hospitals or distribution points with an on call list.

The problem is, especially with the Pfizer vaccine, doctor's offices generally do not have the freezer requirements for it. I suspect we'll see more doctor's offices involved with the J&J and/or Astra Zeneca vaccines hit the streets.
