God I Think it’s time to sell my cargo van and invest in a horse & buggy.

Your title is misleading. The executive order stops the drilling in protected wildernesses areas.

This is a good thing. No need to destroy pristine wildernesses for oil and gas. Plus with an increased share of renewables, I think US energy will be fine mi amigo

Do what you think your American duty is and have your property dug up and destroyed for possible oil

We can sell.... the Saudis more jets etc and they will work with us.... The Art of Da Deal. It's also TOO LOW OF PRICES that kill our own production prospects. Texas know this. Their oil production booms more in higher oil prices.

Texas still is investing in renewables too. Big Oil likes to diversify too.

We are not desparate to open National Parks and other Federal lands. We also will have Canada who will prosper by their minerals and other commodities as we need it now.

It is China and Japan with great need of oil they do not have. Remember HOW CONSPIRACY THEORIES WERE IN THE 70s..... That US BIG OIL FABRICATED A SHORTAGE TO BOOST PRICES....

It was Trump who promised Coal would come back... my ole hometown is in the PA Antracite Coal region. It is as depressed as it was and coal merely will be a more desparate alternative. It has creeks running thru small cities of acid water from the old mines. The Feds spent billions $$$ filling in abandoned Strip mining pits. Top soil is long gone there and growth sparse. Never will that land have a fresh water springs for our lifetimes +.

So far ..... no signs that coal will ever come back but for some desparate need.
