The pipeline issue is so silly. They'll just use railcars... how energy efficient is that? Like I said in another post, slap a 25 cent per gallon tax on gas and use the funds for wind and solar. Pipelines are akin to arteries in the body... it's far more efficient and green than using a railcar.
