Are we still playing this game?

Biden just didn't pay attention to Europe. They have masks and lockdowns and are still dealing with the virus.

Democrats hedged their bets on a vaccine, still unapproved by the FDA, and it bit them in the butt.

They probably didn’t let it dominate their life, like he suggested after he got special treatment most of us can’t afford, because his health care plan was still two weeks away. The ones who didn’t die gasping because they listened to a grifting, incompetent con man, anyway.

The first COVID fatality in the US happened on 1/20/2020.

There are many things the Trump Admin could have done to mitigate the spread that it chose not to do. There is no question Trump knew COVID was a highly infectious and deadly virus but chose to intentionally downplay it. There is no question Trump was at odds with the CDC and Faucci.

The number of vaccine doses that would be available by 2020 year end was exaggerated by Trump. We don’t know why the Trump Admin chose to decline its option to increase its order for the Pfizer vaccine. Likely it believed the Moderna and J&J vaccine would be readily available, which did not pan out.

The intent to dump X doses on each state and let them figure it out was flawed from the start, especially when the allocation was a fraction of what was necessary.

At the end of the day it comes down to a change in personal behaviors. There is an obvious public consequence when enough people continue to believe COVID is a nothing burger, a hoax, overhyped by media and choose to not change their behaviors.

And here we are.

Boris Johnson/ UK today announced the new strain of COVID, which is reported to be 70% more contagious also has a higher mortality rate.

He does. It's 100 pages long and you can read about it at www.whitehouse.gov: National Strategy for the Covid-19 Response,
I guess while Donnie boy was crying on the golf course about losing the rigged election, Biden was busy from day one behind the scenes assembling a stellar Covid response team. Oh and yes, he is restoring the pandemic response office that idiot factor disbanded in 2018.

Over 100,000 people were already hospitalized under Trump. Those would be Trump's deaths not Biden's. Hospitalizations are decreasing under Biden.

Do folks posting this nonsense even remotely realize how foolish this makes them look?

I'm pretty sure a lot of people on these forums post things just to get a rise out of others. I don't think people even believe some of the stuff they post, they are just looking to rile up someone.
