Was it just an arbitrary decision?
Was it that the infection rate or whatever hit X and that automatically triggers it?
Is it the whole state?

So I went an looked:

Region 6 Moves to Phase 4 and Region 7 Advances to Tier 1 | IDPH

Not arbitrary.
Set guidelines.
Just one of the regions. Several of the 11 regions are still tier 2.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So now I'm left wondering if:

a) You heard this somewhere and weren't astute enough to ask basic questions but just accepted the premise because it told you what you wanted to hear.

or

b) You knew better but are intentionally trying to mislead people that this is some arbitrary decision, state-wide, just because Biden is in office.

Did we not hear a prediction back in December that the peak would be around Jan. 15th? Well it turns out they were right. Cases have started to decline.

All I know is out on the coast we're not even close to going down a tier, so good for Illinois.

And with three comorbidities, I still can't get the vaccine here in Illiniois. There isn't even a "call this number" option to ask questions. Just, "Shut up and wait, we'll get to you when we get to you."
