They have the House and Senate... if they want to boost their popularity, get to it. Give me a reason to want to vote for you. It's well past it's time.

I highly doubt McConnell will allow the vote. But yea, it's past time to deschedule.

Biden promised not to end the prohibition of cannabis in America. This is what the left voted for. Senile Joe knows whats best, and apparently, those that voted for him agree...

"Government knows what's best!" - The Left.

Haven’t they already moved to decriminalize?

But too soon to make fully legal like regular products. Need another decade of rolling it out.

On December 4th, it passed the House of Representatives. Now it's waiting for the Senate. McConnell won't hear of it, will kill the bill, I'm sure.

Government sure knows what's best for us know nothing's.

Nobody needs the government's help rolling it out, or rolling it up. Alcohol prohibition was abruptly ended, once it was realized to be far more damaging than alcohol itself. The same should be done with cannabis prohibition. A mistake was made in believing cannabis prohibition would somehow make American society better and safer. The best thing to do when a mistake is made is to admit it, and correct it immediately.

The states have been moving to decriminalize it, starting decades ago. This exceedingly long, protracted end to a costly, damaging and pointless prohibition is unnecessary and serves no purpose whatsoever. Of course, no one honestly believed Biden has the mental capacities intact to understand any of this.

McConnell isn't in charge anymore. Schumer is.

Growers want it done slowly.

The Canadians have grossly over built their cannabis businesses thinking we’d legalize by now so they can flood it across the border.

The problem in Canada is not over-built. It is overpriced and over-regulated for legal weed.
It will not affect the US market

Republican politicians seem as likely to do that as Democratic politicians. Haven't seen any enthusiasm for that from the Democratic leadership.
