We have had many patients saying they can no longer afford their insulin. Biden stopped a Trump EO that required purchasers to pass bulk purchase savings off to patients.
Now...………….……………………… patients come in with out of control blood sugars who need surgery cancelled as they can't afford their insulin.

The basis of Trump's EO had little to do with the "price" of insulin, rather it had to do with the discounts being passed on to the end user. That is to say a.) Not everyone would see a reduction in price and b.) The price would be the same on January 23 as it was on January 22.
Except now you have reports of sudden, vastly increased prices and a sharp increase of accounts of people showing up in ERs with abnormal blood sugar levels.

Feel free to show me where this is Bidens fault. Trump had 4 years, 2 of them with a Republican house and senate. He REPEATEDLY claimed he was fixing it....via EO's that didn't actually do anything other then express a desire.

And that's the real meaning of what's happened unlike the OP's question which is being raised over a Twitter post. With the giant flurry of last minute EO's issued as Trump was counting down to leave many of those were just wrong or need further review.
