Yes, 5 000 out of those 25 000 that were in DC for inauguration.
I do not go to spy media, but you can look it up. Instagram, I believe.
Yes, everyone saw it.

It was sad, and miserable, but it was a function of the fact that this had to be cobbled together with absolutely zero time to prepare. Rushed logistics, exacerbated by COVID, caused this difficulty.

Had they not had to suddenly, out of nowhere been summoned to duty because of a clear, present threat, that wouldn't have happened.

And as a Viet Nam vet on this forum noted, that's not the worst duty they could have expected to endure when they signed up to be a National Guardsman, as uncomfortable as it was.

They had two weeks to get accommodations in place for the National Guard. It’s not like the US government is some small mom and pop that doesn’t have the resources to figure this out. There is no excuse. They are are culpable.

How can a Demented Man run this country??? He can't.
While you're researching that, give us counts of those dead as a result of Trump rallies....can't find the numbers? It's because no one gave a CRAP about that.

Doubtful, but it sure would be nice if they were at least held accountable by the people. An apology to all of the NG is definitely in order. They should also cover any medical bills for those who caught covid and end up hospitalized while there to protect the President considering the government failed to take measures to protect them.

Yikes, Biden just can't seem to do anything right. First he refuses to follow his own executive orders of a mask mandate on federal property, now he's responsible for infecting countless troops in the name of safety against an overblown threat.
Who authorized the deployment of NG in response to 1/6 and in anticipation of the Inauguration.

Yes, apparently, and yes.

Just par for the course with this bunch.
