Honestly, I cannot believe that this is the first time I heard about the existence of this.

Trump's Diet Coke button appears to have left Oval Office when he did

Trump, a soda devotee, reportedly had the button put in place on the Resolute Desk in order to keep the carbonated beverages flowing. When pressed, a staffer would be summoned to provide the drink to the thirsty commander in chief.

According to news reports, Trump would regularly consume 12 cans of Diet Coke a day.

I have a bad diet coke addiction myself though I much prefer diet pepsi. I would love to have such a button. It has gotten damn near impossible to buy canned soda for some reason.
