Eh...as long as no one gets hurt, it's fine.

Politics and religion has always brought out the worst in people. There's nothing new under the Sun.

You are wrong, and even sources such as Fact Check will reiterate that you are wrong.

Even the BBC has acknowledged the truth.

CBS News acknowledged it.

The Voice of America has acknowledged his repudiation of white supremacy.

Heck, even the Global News in Canada - YOUR OWN COUNTRY has acknowledged it.

There’s even a video compilation of the 38 times Trump denounced white supremacy.

But all means continue with your rhetoric, Canadian guy.

Dear OP,

The answer to your question is yes. Yes we can stop calling each other names. However, we wont. It isn't in our nature.
We wont because we have decided the stakes are far too high. We have moved further and further from each other. We are irreconcilable.

The thing is, it didn't happen by accident. It happened on purpose. This was caused by bad people who want America broke. They got us made enough to break it. Now we are hard at work doing just that.

We are breaking America.

But I agree with you. Its sad.

Don't forget tRump. Oh, and we have Drumpft. Leave it to John Oliver to preach about equality, just to take a family name and make it into an insult. If only he put that much effort into actually being funny.

If you don't like name calling, don't support Biden.

No the name China Joe is immature and vindictive. Both sides are guilty of the name calling but Trump turned it into an art form and part of his campaign strategy. Sometimes it was clever like "Rocket Man" but for the most part it was gutter politics that appealed to low lifes.

But to reply to the OP, no I think their is a segment of our population that will not stop the name calling.

There ya go. Wasn't it Trump that said politics is a dirty job?

Are we going with the cancel culture crowd now because someone doesn't like to be called a Trumper?

Someone called me a moon bat moron awhile back. Honestly, I can't remember now who it was now. I thought it was hysterical. I love that expression. I didn't go crying to mommy. I just laughed about it.

Look, this forum is rough and tumble, and that's what I like about it. If it gets a little edgy? So what. It's part of the fun.

Expressing frustration and getting under some one's skin who doesn't agree with you? That's just part of the fun, and promotes name calling. You need to be thick skinned enough to play along or go home.

I'm still sticking with Covidiots and mask less morons. It's the perfect description for the idiot factor out there continuing to spread this nightmare.
